About the Farm
SkinnyFat Farms is a small hobby farm in Chandler Arizona established in 2010. The farm was started by our family to help us heal from the tragic loss of our son Brandon Lee Beck. Over the past 14 years we have experienced the successes, trials, heartbreaks and triumphs of raising Nubian goats, Heritage Turkeys, and many other farm livestock. The process of caring for the animals, land, garden, fruit trees and vegetation has been a labor of love. The Goat Milk Soap business established formally in 2018 was stumbled on by accident and has now become our main focus. There is just something special about being outside, getting in the dirt, creating, and witnessing the circle of life that touches your heart and raises your soul. SkinnyFat Farms has evolved and changed in many ways over the years, just as our family has. This once "family farm" has become a ONE WOMAN operation. It can be a little overwhelming some days, but I can honestly say I enjoy every minute of it and I can not wait to see what the future holds for SkinnyFat Farms.
