Thanksgiving

The holidays are always so busy for us....especially Thanksgiving due the fact we raise and process several farm fresh heritage turkeys. But, it is definitely a labor of love.

Turkeys get a bad rap for being dumb or aggressive. However, my personal experience raising these majestic birds has taught me otherwise. Turkeys are fun, curious, beautiful, and each one always has their own personality. Loving these guys and gals so much makes it very difficult for us  to dispatch and process them.

The lessons of respect and responsibility our whole family has learned is a gift from these amazing  birds and our commitment to giving them a healthy and happy life is the justification for the end result.

To those of you who have supported us and purchased one of our farm fresh birds, we hope you enjoyed it and are as thankful for our turkeys as we are.
